By accessing our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Plateful is a social food discovery platform that helps users discover specific dishes through personalised recommendations, trusted suggestions from friends and food creators, and recommendations gathered from across the internet. Our Services include the Plateful website, mobile application, and related features.

3. Accounts

• You may sign in using Google or Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. User-Generated Content

When you post content on Plateful (including dish posts, ratings, photos, and recommendations), you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Services.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our Services
• Violate the privacy of other users
• Use automated means to access or manipulate the platform
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Plateful, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Plateful and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time through our account deletion page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information, dish details, prices, or recommendations. Always verify details directly with the restaurant.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plateful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
